Return & Refund Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your product MUST be completely unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene regulations, our products cannot be returned once they have been used in any way. Please choose your products carefully.

Return postage is at your expense. Please include your name and order number and send your return to:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll arrange your exchange or store credit.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty or has a major problem.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lornaevanseducation.com.au and we will gladly send you a return label.
